At Zinehya, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece is crafted with care, reflecting our commitment to quality and ethical values.

This return and refund policy complies with the laws of the United Arab Emirates while also respecting the consumer rights of customers within the European Union.

🕊️ Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

📦 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused;

  • Have all original tags attached;

  • Be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition;

  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).

✉️ Return Process

  1. Contact us at zinehya@gmail.com to initiate your return request.

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address (either in Belgium or Dubai, depending on your location).

  3. A return label may be provided in some cases (not guaranteed).

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🌍 Orders Delivered to the European Union

In accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

All standard return conditions apply (item must be new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items;

  • Gift cards;

  • Custom-made or personalized items;

  • Beauty or personal care products (for hygiene reasons).

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified whether the refund is approved or declined;

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.

⏳ Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
